REFUNDS

  • All sales are final sale.
  • Please review order before checking out as we would like to make sure correct items are shipped.
  • Eleven57 reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds at our discretion.

 

       Due to us being a candle brand we want to ensure all safety /shipping violations of products wanting to be returned. All of our products are made with all-natural soy wax.

DAMAGES & LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES 

As we try to provide the best quality packaging, we are not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen items. Please keep track of all orders once fulfilled and shipped out. As we provide tracking numbers through emails to keep track of package being shipped. If package has been stolen or lost, please reach out to the shipping carrier to receive updates. Once packages are shipped, we are no longer responsible for the package as it is out of our reach.
